Overview

This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made via the Par Empire General Trading LLC website and mobile applications operated by Par Empire General Trading LLC and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Par Empire” or the “Platform”).

Par Empire reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised Policy.

Customers are encouraged to read and understand Par Empire’sUser Terms and Conditions, as this Policy forms an integral part of those terms.

Glossary of Terms

  • Buyer:Any individual or entity purchasing products via the Platform.
  • Seller:Refers exclusively to Par Empire General Trading LLC.
  • Return:Process of returning products as per this Policy.
  • Refund:Reimbursement for returned products, subject to deductions.
  • Product / Item:Goods listed and sold by Par Empire.
  • Cancellation:Termination of a placed order, if not yet fulfilled.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery):Payment upon delivery option.
  • Click & Collect:Option to pick up orders from Par Empire’s warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

General Overview

Order cancellation refers to requests made for orders that are still pending fulfillment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Cancellations or changes may not be possible due to logistics, pricing, and supplier commitments.

Cancellation Terms

  • Accepted by mutual consent and evaluated case-by-case at Par Empire’s discretion.
  • Par Empire may cancel any order at any time without prior consent.
  • Cancellations are allowed before the order is marked as "Invoiced". After that, contact Customer Support.
  • Delivered orders cannot be cancelled. Instead, a return request must be initiated.

Return & Refund Policy

1. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Customer Care via phone.
  • Pickup arranged within 2-3 business days after approval.
  • Product undergoes Quality Check before refund.
  • Refunds go to Par Empire wallet. For COD, refund is also issued to wallet.
  • If returned due to buyer preference, shipping fees are non-refundable. If due to Par Empire’s error, shipping fees are refunded.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Accepted if product is damaged in transit or sealed and in original packaging.
  • “Non-returnable” items are excluded unless defective or incorrect.
  • Inspection may be required before refund/replacement.
  • Fresh/frozen/chilled products must be inspected and rejected (if needed) upon delivery.
  • Orders shipped outside the UAE are not eligible for returns.

3. Return Period

Consumable items:Return within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Beverages, snacks, bakery items
  • Dairy, fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood
  • Ready meals, oils, pet food, live plants

Other products:

  • Individual buyers: Notify within 2 days of delivery with valid reason/evidence.
  • Business buyers: Submit within 24 hours with valid reason/evidence.
  • No return requests accepted beyond these windows; items are considered accepted.

4. Packing and Sending Returns

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Used, tampered, or damaged products may be rejected.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund issued to Par Empire wallet within 5 working days of approval.
  • Misuse of this policy (e.g., excessive returns, used items, etc.) may lead to account suspension.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:

  • Items not purchased from Par Empire.
  • Items not matching the original order.
  • Returns without prior customer service approval.

Rejected items will not be refunded or returned. Par Empire is not liable for any data or incorrect items returned.
