  • Business Buyers: Require valid trade license, ID, VAT certificate, etc.
  • Individual Buyers: Require valid email and phone number only.
• Par Empire may reject account creation for any reason.
• Electronic communication is accepted as legally valid.
• Services/features may be updated or discontinued at any time.

2. User Accounts

• Subaccounts can be registered under a main account.
• Security of account credentials is your responsibility.
• All activity under your account is considered authorized by you.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated at Par Empire’s discretion.

3. User's Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, updated, and lawful information.
• Content must not be counterfeit, offensive, or in violation of laws.
• Engage in good faith with other users and comply with regulations.
• Do not misuse user data or manipulate the platform.

4. Transactions Between Buyers and Sellers

• Par Empire is the direct seller in all transactions.
• Buyers may request returns per Return & Refund Policy.
• Par Empire is not liable for third-party issues post-sale.
• Risk of purchasing lies with the Buyer.

5. Third-Party Websites or Services

• Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
• Fees and terms may apply separately.

6. Liability

• Services are provided “as is” and “with all faults.”
• You agree to indemnify Par Empire against third-party claims.
• Par Empire is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

Par Empire may disclose user data to authorities under law. You waive any claim against Par Empire for such disclosure.

8. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks and content are owned by or licensed to Par Empire.

• Terms are governed by UAE law, under Dubai court jurisdiction.
