Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through the website and mobile applications operated by Par Empire General Trading LLC and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Par Empire” or the “Platform”).
Par Empire reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions shall become effective upon being posted on the Platform. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Par Empire’s User Terms and Conditions as available onwww.parempire.com. Users are advised to review both documents carefully.
Definitions
- Buyer/Customer/Purchaser:Any individual or entity purchasing products via the Platform.
- Seller:Par Empire General Trading LLC.
- Product/Item:Goods listed and sold on the Platform.
- Return:The process of sending a product back in accordance with this Policy.
- Refund:Reimbursement for returned items, subject to applicable deductions.
- Cancellation:Request to terminate an order prior to fulfilment.
- COD:Cash on Delivery – payment option made upon delivery.
- Click & Collect:Option to pick up products from Par Empire’s designated warehouse.
Cancellation Policy
1. General Terms
- Cancellation requests apply only to orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
- Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation; cancellation or modification may not be possible once processing begins.
Terms of Cancellation
- Cancellations may be accepted at Par Empire’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and solely at Par Empire’s consent.
- Par Empire reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.
- Orders may be cancelled prior to being marked "Invoiced". Once invoiced or delivered, a return request must be initiated by sending an email at[email protected]from their registered email id

Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Customers may request for an exchange of the purchased items for other products listed onwww.parempire.comwithin7 calendar daysof receiving their order.
2. Exchange Process
- Exchange requests may be submitted by emailing from your registered email id on[email protected].
- Upon approval, exchanges will be processed within5 calendar days, subject to availability of the requested item.
3. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels intact.
- Items must be in aresalable condition.
- Par Empire Trading LLC reserves the right to request images of the product before initiating the exchange process.
- Exchange requests will be denied if the product is found to be used or not in acceptable condition.
4. Price Differences
- If the exchanged item is oflower valuethan the original product, the difference will be refunded to the wallet of the buyer in the form of store credits.
- If the exchanged item is ofhigher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference via their preferred payment method.
5. Exceptions
Certain products may benon-exchangeable, such as items sold under special promotions or clearance offers. In such cases, this will be clearly indicated on the respective product page.

Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Initiation Process
- Contact Par Empire’s customer care to initiate a return by sending an email at[email protected]
- Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days upon approval.
- All returned items are subject to a quality check.
- Refunds are credited to the Par Empire Wallet. Refunds for COD purchases are also issued to the Wallet.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged during transit or remains sealed in their original packaging.
- "Non-returnable" items are excluded unless received defective or incorrect.
- Quality inspection may be required prior to a refund or replacement being approved.
- Certain categories under perishable goods (fresh/frozen/chilled) must be inspected, and, if applicable, be rejected at the time of delivery.
- Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the UAE.
3. Return Window
- Consumables(e.g., dairy, meat, bakery, produce, snacks, ready meals, oils, pet food, live plants): must be returned within24 hoursof delivery.
- Non-consumables or other items:
- Individual buyers: Notify within 48 hours of delivery with valid reason and supporting evidence at[email protected]
- Business buyers: Notify within 24 hours of delivery with valid reason and supporting evidence[email protected]
Note:Return requests submitted beyond the stated period above will not be accepted and the items will be deemed accepted.
4. Return Packaging Requirements
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items that are used, tampered with, or damaged due to mishandling may be rejected.
- Returns without prior approval will not be processed.
5. Refund Timelines and Conditions
- Approved refunds are processed to the Par Empire Wallet within 5 business days.
- Abuse of the return/refund process (e.g., repeated returns, return of used goods) may result in account suspension.
- Approved returns shall be subject to a 5% deduction towards logistical and operational costs
6. Non-Acceptance of Returns
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Products not purchased via the Par Empire Platform.
- Products that do not match the original order.
- Returns initiated without prior approval from Customer Service.
General Conditions:
- If goods are sold on credit by Par Empire and the agreed payment terms have not been honored by the customer, then in such an event, Par Empire reserves the right to cancel the order in full at its sole discretion and to demand the return of all products provided on credit
- The Customer hereby accepts that minor damages, shortages, or losses incurred during shipping, not exceeding five percent (5%) of the total quantity of the goods, shall be considered within acceptable limits and shall not constitute grounds for rejection, return, or compensation.
- Par Empire General Trading LLC shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, acts of government, labor disputes, port congestion, or vessel delays. Such delays shall be deemed excusable and shall not amount to a breach by the Company.
