Par Empire Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through the website and mobile applications operated by Par Empire General Trading L.L.C and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Par Empire” or the “Platform”).

Par Empire reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions shall become effective upon being posted on the Platform. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

1. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If any item is unavailable at the time of order, Par Empire will notify the customer and issue a full refund via the original payment method.

2. Delivery Coverage

Par Empire delivers exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not accept or fulfill international orders.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight and delivery location. Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or out-of-coverage areas, subject to case-by-case evaluation.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation. Standard delivery is within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to stock availability and order approval.

Business days refer to Sunday through Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays. Deliveries are not made on Fridays or Saturdays.

5. Delivery Method & Verification

Orders are delivered by trusted third-party courier. Upon delivery, identity verification of the recipient is required. Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • Emirates ID
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Labour Card
  • Free Zone ID

6. Risk and Liability

Risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the designated address or third-party courier. Par Empire is not liable for loss or damage during transit once the order has been handed over either to the customer or the third-party courier.

7. Damaged Packages or Delivery Issues
